State Business Leadership Conference
The Oklahoma FBLA State Business Leadership Conference (SBLC) is a one-day conference held each spring. SBLC is like the state championship for future business leaders. FBLA members in our Collegiate, High School, and Middle School divisions compete in their choice of more than 75 competitive business events. Top winners in these competitions qualify to advance to the national finals where they compete against the best student business leaders in the world.

In addition to a full range of business competitions, members participate in business, career, and leadership workshops, receive recognition for chapter, team and individual awards programs, elect state and national officers, and showcase their service, education, and progress projects.
